I went to a different upholstery place in Tucson in Sept 2025. After waiting 4 months to take my chair in and never hearing from them, I called Design Focus and spoke with Irene, and I'm so glad I did. Imade an appt. to go in and we talked about the chair, I picked out fabric and we made an appt for me to bring the chair in.
