Outstanding work restoring two chairs and an ottoman with a slightly more modern upholstery choice. All of their work is custom and they were upfront that there would be a wait for the materials to arrive. Not the cheapest, worth it because the craftsmanship is top notch. Irene Cortez was very responsive and easy to work with to reupholster our kitchen chairs. She gave us a good quote, told us a time frame for completion and delivered the job in half the time. I am so happy with the results our chairs are more beautiful than when we bought them new. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.
I went to a different upholstery place in Tucson in Sept 2025. After waiting 4 months to take my chair in and never hearing from them, I called Design Focus and spoke with Irene, and I'm so glad I did. Imade an appt. to go in and we talked about the chair, I picked out fabric and we made an appt for me to bring the chair in.
