Design Floor Home remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed new flooring in our home about a year and a half ago. The flooring came out good everywhere except for one room where they thin set tile over existing tile. The floor was not level from day one, and now there are hollow spaces under the new flooring. They offered me a small credit on the final bill for this so they didnt have to redo it. I was pretty frustrated with them by that point so I took it.
