What an absolute nightmare. My interior designer recommended them as a trustworthy resource so I reached out and started working with Melissa. She asked for some information (e.g. chair images, dimensions, etc.) which I gathered and sent to her to get a quote. Weeks passed and I, the potential customer, then had to follow up with her for a status update. I also added in another item.
