I would not recommend Design Center West in Northborough. I am very dissatisfied with the work that was performed installing my new kitchen tile floor. There are some ridges between the tiles, some of the tiles are higher and/or lower than the edge of adjacent tile. There is lippage on many tiles. One tile is not glued down enough, it can be pushed down. One tile that had a 3 inch cut line in it, was replaced and put in with double sided tape. Not even glued in. I hired DCW for a full kitchen renovation, which came out BEAUTIFULLY. With such a large project, communication is crucial; Jeremy truly was a pleasure to work with and always made us feel like his top priority. Prices were reasonable and the job got done much quicker than expected.
They have great vanity options for my budget!
Great showroom, lots of tile and floor options! I love the design they cane up with!
