Great service Had a problem with a motorized horizontal and the original installer was no longer available Called multiple persons and got nowhere Called the distributor and they told me to call Design Blinds She was very helpful and sent 2 of her installers out They got the motor to work and were finished in a half hour and gave me a very reasonable rate Thx
