Desi and her team have been truly incredible to work with. After having a terrible experience with a previous tax pro, the bar was substantially low. However, we would give her 10 stars if we could. Desi helped us get our 2024 taxes filed, and from the beginning she had great communication, tutorial videos, soft nudges to upload and sign documents. I am so happy we found her!
AMAZING!! I’ve hired tax pros in the past that make me feel like a burden, or who weren’t there to answer my questions! It’s always felt like I’ve been paying to be a hassle.
