Had bad knot left shoulder and pain lower back from over training and past injury flare up. Had Deep Tissue massage with Lilian. Best massage ever and half the price of lower mainland RMT's. Left with a lot of pain and tension gone. With $40 tip, all in, just over $100. Can't say enough good things about this person.
