As long as the Hall Brothers are in business this company is. Other than that I don’t know how they stay open. Lack of communication, say they’re going to show up and never do. Don’t call you back, install the wrong countertops and don’t fix them. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay far away from them.
We thought they did a good job, NO sink was installed wrong, which caused stone to Crack and to separate in the back corner. The answer was what did you do [meaning us].
Horrible customer service, no communication, lack of professionalism leaving cabinets with dents and they don’t finish on time. They give you a deadline and keep giving longer times and don’t show up when scheduled. Its been a hard time to deal with this people calling and making them finish something they started months ago.
