Overall a great experience, clean bus, on schedule on time, lift tickets included, you can't beat the price BUT On our trip there were about 10 unaccompanied kids (about 13 years old) that were in back of bus and were very rude to other riders. They threw candy at other adult riders, were yelling rude comments and spitting on the bus. The tour guide did nothing to correct these kids behavior. Why have kids on bus that act this way without any of their parents/guardians???
(Updated 1/27, changing to variable prices on the transportation only ticket is a joke. I cannot see any value in this now. Just money hungry nonsense) I never thought I'd be one to post a negative review online and typically I just roll with whatever, but this was an abysmal experience overall. (Trip on Friday Feb 2nd). What an awesome opportunity! Only $30 for a ride to and from snowbowl is amazing. There’s a bathroom in the back. And we stopped in camp verde both there and back which was nice to get up for a bit.
Cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice even though it is peak season. Had to rebook elsewhere at a much higher price. Do not recommend!
