We had a wonderful experience when we visited to find a place for my Dad. Faith was incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. Her warmth and genuine care for the residents truly stood out. It’s clear that this is a place where people are treated with kindness and respect.
I toured Desert Marigold with Faith and was very pleased with the whole experience. Faith was warm, patient, and answered all of our questions honestly. The community itself felt inviting and comfortable, not stuffy or overdone. We loved the apartments, the outdoor areas, and the sense of activity going on. Faith was excellent at answering all my family’s questions when it came to potentially having my grandpa live out his final days here. If the rest of the team is as knowledgeable and as kind as her, this is definitely a contender for the places we’re looking at.
When I met with Faith about considering this location, she outlined the typical services provided by these facilities. But what interested me was the outpatient physical therapy services she pointed out that were available on campus, which were the "house call" dental and vision services available here.
