What customer service? Observed in the FBO at UDD. The plane was broken and the customer was trying to find out what the company was going to do about it. They were a charter customer and the Chief Pilot was the captain no less!! They kept trying asking the captain what the status was and where the recovery aircraft was etc. and he was totally blowing them off. Needed maintenance done and I was met by an unfriendly mechanic. He did the job but the attitude was unwarranted. I hope he was only having a bad day.
