The staff was excellent except for 1 nurse who I refer the as Nurse Ratchet. She was rude, unkind and had a very bad attitude. I will be submitting a letter to her administrator just as soon as I finish with my deceased husbands arrangements.
Hello, my name is Mitchell Green, iam a resident at Desert Hills Rehabilitation, Center, you going to have good rewiews, and bad rewiews, no matter where you are, but I have nothing bad so say about this facility, in fact I recommend it, I really like to keep it a secret in case I have to come back there will a bed for me, everything is brand new, not like the other places where me and my Mom have been in, and all the story's that we hear about different facilities, like in other places when it rains,there are 50 buckets alo... read more
