After 12 years of filing a Chapter 7 , which included Desert Financial, they try to collect from me when I went in this branch to open an account. I had an account there over ten years before. One of the “bankers” wasn’t empowered to adjust the error on my file. Claimed her branch manager would be in next Wednesday and would have him do it. I’ve called twice, left messages and still, no return call or resolution to this issue they caused, preventing me from opening an account anywhere. As a member for over 30 years, I've consistently received good service. However, my recent visit to this branch stood out. Isabella, the teller who assisted me, was exceptionally professional and courteous. She handled my transaction with efficiency and a genuine personal approach, making me feel valued as a long-time member.

Poor customer service and a lack of proper management at Desert Financial. I recommend the use of another credit union. Outside ATMs are never functioning at locations in Tempe and Scottsdale. DF get your act together.

This bank branch is incredibly inefficient in their operations and prioritizes employee ease, comfort and laziness over customer service. I moved my business to another bank.
