As a member for over 30 years, I've consistently received good service. However, my recent visit to this branch stood out. Isabella, the teller who assisted me, was exceptionally professional and courteous. She handled my transaction with efficiency and a genuine personal approach, making me feel valued as a long-time member.

Poor customer service and a lack of proper management at Desert Financial. I recommend the use of another credit union. Outside ATMs are never functioning at locations in Tempe and Scottsdale. DF get your act together.

This bank branch is incredibly inefficient in their operations and prioritizes employee ease, comfort and laziness over customer service. I moved my business to another bank.

So tired of this bank, it's one thing after another. When the ATMs are down they don't put signs on them because they say they're not allowed to. The lines are long inside, this is not the first time I've waited in line at the ATM, then you have to go inside and wait all over again.
