No follow thru with calls they OFFER to provide you with! You have to hound them for follow up. Don’t bring your business here. They do NOT care about their customers. They are only interested in your money.
Rude and uninterested staff. Stood infront of 3 tellers who said nothing to me for over 10 minutes while they clicked on their computers, moved around equipment and never once addressed the customer infront of them. This is consistent with what I have experienced dealing with Desert Financial on the phone as well, poorly trained staff who don’t seem to have any concern for their customers. Will avoid doing any business with them in the future
