Worst customer service I've ever had from a financial institution...and I"M ONE OF THEIR "MEMBERS"! ATM error occurred doing a cash deposit and did not complete the transaction OR return the cash, but since "they don't service their own ATMs" they said they couldn't help me.
Love the staff. They are always kind and professtional.
