I’ve experienced excellent service, on the phone and in person with this branch. With all 3 of my accts.
I am closing this account ASAP. The girl who helped me had an attitude and seemed to be more interested in the other teller than my transaction. Subsequently, my card got blocked during the process and now I have to wait a week to close this account due to my heavy work schedule. This is unacceptable especially when dealing with my time and money. I would not recommend this Credit union. They need to be reminded of what this is all about… service.
Had my account hacked. Do not give them your money.
This ATM is trash, always seems to have an issue they can never seem to fix.
