Very Poor Customer Service. No Integrity, with NO Follow through. Will be Closing my Account.
On 3/6 I went into the Surprise AZ location with what I thought was a fraud situation that I had just come upon in my account. Lucky for me Sydney was right up front. She researched my account immediately and then made a call and resolved the issue in no time. Her explanation and communication was so clear and immediately resolved all my fears and brought my anxiety level to zero. Thanks Sydney
This credit union is the best! The staff is awesome, they are always helpful and you are in and out quickly.
Though the people in this branch are awesome, Desert Financial is by far thee worst. App is terrible, can’t even pay your credit card on the app. Don’t waste your time.
