Terrible customer service. I purposely started banking with this institution because it is a smaller bank and was told I was going to get better customer service. I was told I can show up to a local branch to open a bank account and I did that and was told I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment and showed up at my appointment time and was denied. They have no respect for your time.
Every single person who works at the Flagstaff office is tremendous! They not only know me by my name but ask about my life. What a joy to visit them.

Glenda and the rest of the staff were wonderful. After my bank of 20 years dropped the ball twice on a time-sensitive issue, Glenda was able to squeeze me in same day and resolve all my problems. 10/10, would break up with my bank for them again
