Last year we switched our accounts from Bank of America to Desert Financial and it was the BEST decision we have ever made. The customer service is always 5 star!! Today we had to go to the Flagstaff branch to deal with some major issues on our accounts. Conner Wallin helped us and he was the absolute best! I would drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff just to have him help us in the future. He was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was spot on. I've been banking with Desert Financial for years and never had an issue. I went in today to get my pin changed, as I hadn't done it in a long time and forgot the process. Both tellers made snarky remarks about my partner and I, and were overall rude.
