Last year we switched our accounts from Bank of America to Desert Financial and it was the BEST decision we have ever made. The customer service is always 5 star!! Today we had to go to the Flagstaff branch to deal with some major issues on our accounts. Conner Wallin helped us and he was the absolute best! I would drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff just to have him help us in the future. He was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was spot on.
