The whole team at the Prescott Valley Desert Financial location are professional and committed to customer service. I’d like to give kudos to Cole Brackney as he has been such a huge help to me as I’ve been navigating probate, opening an estate account and keeping accounts straight. It has been stressful, but Cole’s help and phone calls asking how I was doing have been most welcome. These days as customer service is seriously lacking, Cole’s reach has been stellar and refreshing.
