Ms. Janelle, a bank officer in Desert Financial Credit Union, situated in Cotton Lane, Surprise assisted me above and beyond when I came to the branch distraught. Our account was debited twice by a company that we deal with every month. She didn't dismiss me, but, she stayed with me while I spoke with the company involved. I’ve waited in line for 10 minutes to reach a teller. They only have one open and working. The ATM isn’t working and now the line of people is up to 6 people. Everyone is irritated in line. The second teller sitting at the desk was helping someone they left for 5 minutes she doesn’t help anyone else and then the customer shows up again. Clearly they needed to see the banker in the office. The customer service at this branch is awful and slow.
