Wonderful & really helpful at the Cotton Lane location. Janelle literally walked with me through complex account changes which included working with experts in other locations. Her friendliness, willing to assist while recognizing my current circumstances was/is a true professional. Hopefully all my interactions will be with her or someone with her go the extra mile for her customer spirit.
I literally go out of my way to go to this location because the women there are super sweet! They never judge me and they are always helpful! I enjoy visiting them when I need assistance with my bank needs.
I had to stop by on my lunch. So I was in a hurry but I needed a replacement card . The tellers were super helpful and quick. So much that I made it back early. Thanks!!!!
