Very professional staff.
This branches employees are awesome. Attentive and you never wait in line long. I will say DFCU needs to get it together when it comes to the phone service. Why can't we call the branches. I have been waiting to speak to a representative for 20 minutes! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Ridiculous that there is no human to speak to. 20 minutes? Oh I hung up nobody came to the phone
Desert financial is an excellent bank. Always get fast and friendly service.
My mom passed suddenly & had no insurance, I needed some quick funds to pay for her cremation. I was expecting to take out a loan but Nayeli told us about the flex funds option & we had the money we needed immediately without paperwork or credit checks. She was very professional & supportive; I hope she finds a $50 on the ground every week forever!
I don’t know what it is about this location but both of the ATMs are ALWAYS down! I thought maybe it was just me and I was unlucky or had very bad timing, but reading other reviews seems I’m not alone. If you have to use an ATM outside of banks hours, save yourself some time and go absolutely anywhere else!
