Kade of the Payson Az branch was a wonderful help when my mom passed away and I needed to update her trust account. He was very patient and friendly and sensitive to me. I would recommend this branch to anyone. All of the tellers are very friendly and helpful.
Its always a fantastic experience with this branch staff. This morning I needed to pull a large sum of cash for an emergency, beyond the normal limit to withdraw without providing advance notice, and Casey was able to accommodate me without difficulty. This whole team always makes banking fast, easy and friendly, and I am grateful for the assistance and eagerness to help every time I visit the branch. Thank you!
This is the first bank I have ever opened an account for myself and the employees all seemed as happy as you can be at work. Was also a super short stool didn't take longer than 20 minutes. However my first and middle name did get switched my first visit but I went back a few weeks later and it was really only a 2 � minute fix. Fantastic bank will continue use there
