Been here several times trying to use ATM at the drive through and NEVER has the option for deposits...has everything else but no button shows up to make deposits...can someone fix this ?
This location has very poor customer service and representative with no clue how to assist current and loyal members! Kylie was a horrible listener and struggled getting me the right help/service! This location isn’t what it used to be. Desert Financials reputation at this location is far from the standard. They need more branches and better customer service both in person and online. Looking into leaving after recent let downs.
Ive been banking with DFCU for years and have always had a great experience. Their Senior Relationship Specialist Kelyn does an amazing job ensuring your needs are met in a timely manner. I would highly recommend DFCU.
Opened a new account at Desert Financial. Michelle was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to help me set up things on my phone. I couldn’t be happier!
They delayed my request to close my account and I was charged a fee because of that delay. Go figure. Such great customer service. Not!
