My elderly mother was having trouble understanding her bank accounts and her trust account. I went with her and we met with Jovita. Jovita was extremely patient and very helpful explaining to me so that I could make sure my mom understood it. It required extra paperwork and lots of signatures but there was no rush to get us out of there. Jovita's main concern was that we understood what was going on and that everything was correct. Thought they were wonderful, but they’re not. Been with them for almost two years. We even opened another checking account for my wife’s direct deposits. They won’t give me even ONE free cashier’s check a month, for me to pay rent. I am seriously considering going back to Navy Federal that doesn’t give me such a hassle. I don’t suggest to open an account here.
