Jok and Alex both helped me and they were extremely nice and patient. It was my first time opening an account ever as an adult and they were so helpful. I was really nervous, but they were really friendly and made the process super smooth.
I had another bank before this one and they were excellent but I had to refinance my car and a fiend told me it was a good bank. Ever since I opened my account it has been nothing but bad experience and phone calls and of course it goes to the call center never to the actual branch. Since they require you to have full coverage and I did but you have to fax them proof of it about 25 times before the system picks up but you’ve already been charged.
