Walked in today and told him what I wanted and was completely ignored. The beds had prices listed for sets and mattresses but when I asked him for a price for a full frame and mattress it was completely different from the listed price. He wasn't willing to work with me and said if I wanted something cheaper to just go on Amazon.

I purchased the sofa and dining table here on. September 18th 2023 by two different cards in the amount of 1,858$. We were very happy with our purchase until the issue happened. Our bank got charged again for the same amount on October 6th 2023. I right away alerted the store this problem on the same day of the second charge, and they said they will try to solve this as soon as they could. Bought reclining couch and loveseat and was charged twice for my purchase. I tried to have the duplicate charge reversed and they do not answer phone or text. I did manage to get one reply via text and they wanted my bank statement to prove the duplicate charge which I did however they still have not fixed the duplicate billing.
The store debit my account 2x without my permission,they never answer there phone / we will report to BBB AS WELL / DONT DO BUISNESS HERE
