Hands down to worst pool maintenance company I have had. We've had 4 houses with pools and 6 previous vendors over the years, we're no stranger to what to expect from a pool maintenance company. But we moved into a rental home that uses this company; the poor performance and lack of assistance when we reach out to Cody to share our concerns have been atrocious. This company is the only one where the pool routinely looks horrible and every time we reach out just to give a heads up to let them know, they never offer a solution to fix it. They only give us excuses (the guy was injured and couldn't come, weather has been windy, equipment must not be working right, etc) and somehow usually find an excuse to make it our fault that they're not doing their job. The favorite excuse always seems to be that the water level is too low which of course is our fault despite that never being an issue for our previous pool vendors to maintain. God forbid they knock on the door and share their water level concerns, they prefer to just leave without talking to anybody and leave the pool looking like trash. And these are just the weeks I contact them to let them know when it's really bad, never mind all the weeks when it looks borderline trashy. They never reach out to communicate anything to us, and I mean anything. We always have to initiate contact. Their website claims that you'll receive an email every week with chem readings, photos, GPS verification of the visit and feedback on chemical and mechanical condition. We haven't ever received that *once*, let alone weekly. The most you'll get is a one-sentence email from Cody, maybe two sentences if you're lucky, as a response and whatever excuse Cody can conjure up that day.
