Very unhappy with this bank...got randomly billed $75 for a safety deposit box due in July (that I no longer wanted anymore) no phone calls, not a single one...just a letter back in July and now a charge 4 months later, just a couple days before a big holiday. I had to make so many calls and leave numerous messages until someone finally got back to me to tell me it was my fault and there's nothing they can do. Thanks for screwing up my Holiday, DCB! - zero stars
Being Chinese owned is a HUGE red flag. Depositor beware!
RecommendedNever had a problem with these folks. Now they are Flagstar Bank. Still no problems.
