VERY POOR ATTEMPT AT ACTUALLY BEING SUCCESSFUL. Hired them took 5 days for them to attempt first serve, 2 days for second, then 9 days for third. They did not communicate with me until I asked for an update, then I would get an update sent from their system shortly after I would email asking. When I hired them I had asked them to call the party to set up a meeting. They said they don’t have good experience with that and would do their attempt first and then do that for the last one if they have been unsuccessful. They never ... read more

1000/10! I cannot recommend this private investigator team enough. From the very first interaction, they were professional, transparent, and incredibly responsive. They clearly explained all pricing and rates upfront, so there were no surprises, and once everything was confirmed, they moved immediately.
