I'm thrilled with the exceptional care I received at Desert Bloom Skin Care where the professionals truly prioritize their clients' well-being. Both my 15-year-old daughter and I had outstanding experiences, and she's already looking forward to her next teen facial.
So happy with my laser treatments provided by Emily. She is helping me with a scar on my forehead, and the laser is helping it! I had a MOHS procedure this summer leaving a very large scar above my eyebrow and Emily has been so kind and reassuring. The laser procedure was not painful at all. Emily communicated very well and I was well taken care of. I plan on seeing her for some Botox too. I’d definitely reccomend Desert Bloom to any of my friends.
Not racially diverse or friendly place to receive services, avoid if minority
Horrible experience at Desert Bloom and Dr Natalia First off state of AZ has no medical license record in her name nor does her husband understand basic “cycle of infection” prevention regulated under Board of Health for patient safety! Her husband with ungloved and un-wash hands attempted application of numbing topical on my lips and chin, when I mentioned “cycle of infection” as all openings (mouth, eyes, nose, ears) being direct access into body for infection; he argued instead of gloving or washing his hands! I just had my first lip filler removal with Dr. Natalya, and I can’t recommend her enough! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. If you’re considering filler removal or any treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Natalya, she is amazing!
