I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience here and with Natalya for supporting me on my skincare journey. She’s transparent, open and honest and makes great recommendations. I look forward to continuing my journey with her and the team.
I rarely leave reviews. I went in for a C02 consultation and had three main issues. 1. The front desk attendant spent the time I was waiting to talk to me about ANOTHER PATIENT I had seen when I walked in. Said the patient was a dumb meat head. 2. Consultation lasted a grand total of 4 minutes. 3. Doctor was very dismissive and made me feel dumb for asking for a pamphlet on the procedure I was asking about. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this place. The doctor Natalya was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions and provide thoughtful recommendations. I never felt pressured into any treatment and truly appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I asked AI to recommend a skin treatment clinic in my area and Desert Bloom Skincare was the top choice. I've since been multiple times and am really pleased with the service I've been provided. On top of that, I really like Dr Natalya and Brian at the front desk.
They're amazing! They are Incredibly kind and accommodating and have the best prices. They really seem to care about their clients and making them feel valued. Dr. Natalya is also so knowledgeable and really took the time to talk through everything. Thank you Dr. Natalya and Brian--you have a happy customer.
