Tiena at Deseret First is amazing! Well honestly the entire staff was great! Opening a new account was a breeze and they made me as a person feel important, loved, respected and appreciated and not like a business transaction. Was a wonderful experience.

ZERO STARS I was calling Mrtg VP Matt to speak to him, I called 7 times and was hung up on each time. i also got a rep through the consumer option but HE left me on hold! NO HELP AT ALL, very disappointed in the way business was conducted. If Matt was not available that should be told to the customer/person asking for him. NOT repeatedly hung up on, ON PURPOSE! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY A FINANACIAL INSTITUTION
