We've banked with Deseret First Credit Union for over 40 years. We've moved around the country during that time, and they have remained our primary financial institution. They have always been great to work with and most recently working with Sherrie Woodward has been amazing. She has been a great help and has had suggestions to help us with our financial goals that we had not thought of.
The representative who helped me, Dan Wilkinson, was excellent: friendly, efficient, and thorough. He told me clearly what additional information he needed to complete the application, and completed the application promptly when I provided it. When the application was complete, approval came quickly. Dan was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely use him, and DFCU, again if I need another loan in the future. I highly recommend them.
