I’ve visited this Deseret Book twice this year, and both experiences were amazing. The team is consistently kind, patient, and professional. On my last visit, the ladies went far above and beyond anything I expected - they spent over two hours helping me find everything I needed, helped me with several large purchases (three big boxes), and even carried everything out to my car...They were also so sweet to my children and gave them suckers. In all the years that Deseret Book has been here, I have absolutely loved it. The workers are so kind, helpful, and really bring the Spirit. However, today, it was an extremely unpleasant experience for me and my husband. I wanted to exchange garments, and Jennifer was the person who checked me out. I had used a gift card previously to purchase garments a few days prior and expected the credit and leftover to cover my expenses.
