Just had a closing using Tushaar Desai, Esq. as our closer. He mishandled the closing paperwork for our notary. We had to reprint a new closing package it at the closing table because he used old amounts. Survey was ordered however I cancelled it. It's a town home. He called and told me my buyer's lender REQUIRED a survey and he re ordered it. Charged my buyers for it at closing BUT didn't include it in the paperwork.
