I purchased some lounge room furniture from the O'Connor store. The service from the sales team, especially Channerley was exceptional. The delivery of my goods was exemplary. The delivery team called to confirm the time of delivery, unpacked and displayed the furniture for me, removing all the waste. The customer follow up service from Kain was excellent.
