I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to on this occasion to say a big thanks to De Rucci Springvale and especially to Yan who was extremely patient and helpful in providing us with a resolution. We purchased a dining table and chairs 6 years ago and we had issues with the chairs as the faux leather started wrinkling after 2 years and now reached a point where we couldn't use the chairs any more. I complained to De Rucci who initially advised that the warranty was only valid for 12 months. I accepted that but still ask... read more

It was my mistake, I saw their rating in google but I couldn't believe they are fully unprofessional, I have cancelled my purchase after 12 hours. They want to keep 30 percent cancellation fee. I will claim my money from VCAT.
