I presently reside at Derstine Run Two, since August of 2014, and I am publicly writing to correct a couple of misguided facts, that was written by another reviewer. Firstly, it is a retirement community with the minimum age being 62 not 55 to reside here. Secondly, Derstine 1 is a two story dwelling, and Derstine 2 is a three story dwelling, with a basement, and each apartment has a storage cage. 55 plus community helping seniors with affordable living. There are two buildings so far, each with 3 floors. They have many nice activities, such as music, bible study, buses, game night. They have two elevators, a library, piano and basement with storage cages for holiday decorations or of season clothes.
