I wish I could do ZERO star. I literally JUST left her office. The first thing I did was check the reviews because maybe I'm tripping. She was dismissive and VERY uninformative other than I wasted her time. It's already hard enough and telling me what she would have thought I would have done. Lady you are the expert here. Not me. Additionally, she had 1000 things to do while i waited. She followed me the door and watched me barely make it down the stairs.
