I ordered an under arm strap kit from their website dme direct. It took 2 weeks to arrive, so by the time I recieved the product - I no longer needed it. I called the customer service number and notified Andrew Everett that I wanted to return their unused product. He told me that there would be a 20% restocking fee plus I would need to cover the return shipping cost. I called customer support on Tuesday to try to find out where o could buy an extra liner for a walking booty wife has to wear for at least 6 weeks due to a broken leg. The lady I talked to was extremely upbeat and courteous but informed me that the model we have doesn’t have that option. She said she would try to find an extra one and send it to us. Today, Friday, 3 days later it arrived! I rarely receive this level of support from any company I feel with.
