I called customer support on Tuesday to try to find out where o could buy an extra liner for a walking booty wife has to wear for at least 6 weeks due to a broken leg. The lady I talked to was extremely upbeat and courteous but informed me that the model we have doesn’t have that option. She said she would try to find an extra one and send it to us. Today, Friday, 3 days later it arrived! I rarely receive this level of support from any company I feel with.
