Extremely disappointing experience — avoid if you value professionalism and proper service. I placed an order for specific materials (K04 sheets and edge tape) through email, then followed up with a phone call because my team was already at their location with a van ready for pickup. Definitely 5 stars. We are working with DeRosa and sons for about 8-10 years. Their stock is always great; they always have the materials in stock in different sizes. Customer service and prices are unbeatable. Fast delivery. Paul is always responsive. If not same day, for sure next day delivery even If we ask them after hours. Very easy to communicate.
