had a very disappointing experience with DerNIER CRI in Conyers. I went in and had measurements taken for two dresses, expecting a perfect fit. Unfortunately, both dresses came back way too big — clearly not tailored to the measurements they took. I didn’t ask for a refund, just a simple resizing to fix the issue. I originally got my dress from the Locust Grove location but i live in Covington so i had it shipped to the Conyers location. The owner or manager or the Conyers location is very rude. Will cut you off while talking on the phone and in person, i was only called once about my dress over a week ago. My voicemail was full and I was at work so i didnt know who called, she said she doesnt have time to call people more than once about their own dresses.
