Service was great. $900 dress heavy and heavily beaded but POORLY made. Pieces of the dress were already falling off before my daughter even went to take pictures before the prom. I’ve called several times to speak to someone and finally when I did, she basically made me feel like it was my daughter’s fault because others with the same dress had “no issues”. My daughter had a father daughter dance in February We walked in about 35 minutes before closing and my daughter wears a woman's size 12 dress she is 5'2" and 11 years old and an athlete.
