had a very disappointing experience with DerNIER CRI in Conyers. I went in and had measurements taken for two dresses, expecting a perfect fit. Unfortunately, both dresses came back way too big — clearly not tailored to the measurements they took. I didn’t ask for a refund, just a simple resizing to fix the issue. Despite the clear error on their part, they refused to make it right. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability.
