First appointment with Kim. She was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to advising the right treatment for me. I felt very relaxed and very happy with my results. Nikita advised me on the best hydrating cream for my skin. The whole experience was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

One of the best facials I've ever had. It was an impulse appointment while visiting Brisbane and I walked out positively glowing. The girls were so friendly and my therapist was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Can't wait for my next treatment.

I had an excellent appointment at the Clinic. The ambiance is lovely and Kim was very friendly and knowledgable. I am going back in a couple of weeks for some more rejuvenation and can’t wait.

Adequate treatment with my skin feeling smooth and moist. Peculiar service with therapist seated closely whilst both mask and led light (15-20 minutes each) after application. It felt awkward and was unable to completely relax.

Edited to reply comment below: I had a 9.30am appointment that was over 45minutes wait (they had said they were short staffed) so I offered to come back after I went shopping next door to kill time, they gave me a new appointment time around lunch. Came back and waited and waited then they had a medical emergency with their staff in which staff were busy helping with. I then wasnt able to be seen and said I could come back later or they could call with a new appointment. At this stage only half of my booked services had been... read more
