I recently had a facial treatment here and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. My skin felt so clean, soft, and refreshed afterward. I could really see the glow! They took the time to explain every step and used high-quality products that suited my skin type perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a real skin boost and some self-care time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was my first time visiting Kim for cosmetic injectables, and the experience was great. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained every step of the process, and even used images to help me understand the expected results. I went in for a lash lift with Claire and Nikita. I am really happy with the results, as someone who has quite short, straight lashes and relies heavily on mascara, the lash lift has made a huge difference! Way less time in the morning putting mascara on and feel much more confident. Both Claire and Nikita were really welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. The salon was clean and well organised with relaxing music playing throughout my appointment. Will definitely be back.

Edited to reply comment below: I had a 9.30am appointment that was over 45minutes wait (they had said they were short staffed) so I offered to come back after I went shopping next door to kill time, they gave me a new appointment time around lunch. Came back and waited and waited then they had a medical emergency with their staff in which staff were busy helping with. I then wasnt able to be seen and said I could come back later or they could call with a new appointment. At this stage only half of my booked services had been... read more
