Dr Loo is an amazing, caring practitioner-her advice is something that we’ve been missing with all other dermatology professionals we’ve attended. Cassidy is uniquely qualified to dispense the treatments and protocols that Dr Loo provided me. Cassidy is tremendous and personified caring!!! BRAVO DERMAFFECTS!!!
I did the psoriasis study here. Dr. Loo is very professional and knowledgeable, got my skin cleared up and will help with any skin problems that arises. Her study co-ordinator Allison Poyntzs is also very professional, kind, thorough and helpful. Reception also were very kind and quick, no waiting time at all. Dr. Loo and all her staff should be commended as they are very exceptional and dedicated, I was very happy to be referred here. Thank you all so much.
Is not a dermat but really a salesperson. Did not bother to look at my skin, I offered photos and declines to see them. Just sells me products for 10 minutes and sends me back. Did not tell me what is wrong with my or why is it that way. Did not even talk to me for 2 minutes and left and sent her associate in. Extremely neglectful. This is a businnes person and nto a dermat.
I went for PRP once, a newly woman with long nail came for the procedure. SHE USED ANCIENT NIDDLES TO POKE IN MY HEAD. IT WAS PAIN LIKE HELL. They are not professional and not worth you money. They are TERRIBLE. Be aware of this place for they do not know anything for updated technology.
Just finished a trial for lupus, Dr Loo and her staff were great to me over the last year. I am looking forward to the next trial that I can attend,
