I have been coming to dermcosmesis since 2023 and have nothing but great things to say. I have been coming for laser hair removal and IPL, both of which have given me really great results . Pakiza and Asrin have been absolutely amazing and very experienced and always go above and beyond to listen to their clients and deliver excellent care . I would particularly recommend the IPL treatment which i used for my back acne scarring . The results are unbelievable and I am finally able to confidently wear backless tops . Thank you... read more
Unfortunately the experience we had was very disappointing. We weren’t given a proper aftercare plan after the cosmelan peel which we spent 1.5k on and the before and after photos were not shown or explained properly. When we went back with concerns, instead of addressing the issue, another procedure was suggested. Overall, the service felt unprofessional to us and not very customer focused. Based on our experience we would recommend spending your money elsewhere where the care and service are much better.
BE AWARE - they take your money before explaining that the treatment does not work well on light coloured hair. I paid for a Groupon 6 x sessions. (for legs) They did not explain on the first session that it probably won't work on light coloured hair. At the end of the sixth session, I was told that I am unable to buy further Groupon's. 6 sessions did nothing and further sessions at regular price were too expensive. I have no improvement to the growth rate of my leg hair. I was told that they didn't know I had light coloured... read more
