Oddly, it was one of the few times I went in with a positive attitude, and I saw it when I believed it, from the very beginning Steven a med student gave the best lidocaine shots ever meaning I never felt a thing never after that it was just arranging myself so the doctor could do his his best which is phenomenal. Waited 45 mins to see Gardner. 8 wk follow up for a cyst removal on my face. He walks in and says it’s beautiful. I told him there was occasionally pus coming out of it. He didn’t touch my face or feel the hard knots under the incision. He said it was healing nicely and it was beautiful. Told me it would be another 2 months before the sutures dissolved. 4 months?? And he left. 3 minutes top. Skip this guy if you’re looking for a compassionate physician that is attentive and interested in your wellbeing.

The staff dropped the ball - took 4 calls and 3 days to hear back. Then did not follow through. Isbis Dr Gardner or his entire staff who are inept. I’d never go back and would not recommend.

This is the most negligent office EVER! They didn't send a referral, when a referral was ultimately needed, THEN they didn't send pathology to the surgeon, they didnt even enter the pathology into mychart, so the appointment with the surgeon was a waste everyone's time, knowing THIS IS MELANOMA! THOS OFFICE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!
