Mohs surgery on my ear. Such a bad experience. First, his staff seem so intimidated. They prepared me for mohs surgery on my ear by laying me back on a chair/table that had no support for my neck. After tring to get comfortable, I finally expressed to the assistant that I have neck issues and asked if they could provide me with a pillow to support my neck.... The offices of this medical group do not answer their phones, messages say to leave a message, but loops into the same message. Doesn't give the opportunity to leave a message.
My husband and I made appts together to have screenings for skin cancer. The appts were conveniently together, on time and thorough. Dr. Gardener and his staff were friendly and informative. 2 biopsies were performed in office and one was found to be cancerous. Procedure to remove the area by “MOH’s”procedure was done in office In 1 attempt and was painless. We were both very happy with the total process. Would highly recommend Dr. Gardner and his office staff that made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Thanks!
Dr. Gardner is a tremendous doctor. I had a problem with a finger and thanks to Dr. Gardner I'm doing much better. I had anxiety before the procedure and he listened to my concerns and was helpful to answer my questions and allay my fears. He has a superb staff. I did have a problem with my bandage and the staff allowed me to come in with no appointment and get it changed the same day. Excellent service.
