Made an appointment for a whole body check and some skin tags. Marianne Rao is fabulous. The entire experience was easy, fast, painless. I would highly recommend this practice and Marianne. Great bedside manner and very friendly. I will be making this my practitioner going forward.

I was so impressed with the dermatologist, her nurse, and the receptionist. So pleasant and personable. More importantly the doctor was very knowledgeable and made the skin scan experience as comfortable as possible!!! She used liquid nitrogen on my pre cancer on my face, which was an easy procedure. She explained everything as she went. I highly recommend going there!!!

Didn’t even get passed the reception desk here. Terrible experience. Here’s why: upon arriving a man was told that it’d be another 15 minutes and he replied “that was the last 15 minutes, now another?” Lady replied umm, she running late. He’s says I have to get back to work I need to te-schedule. Strike 1 …if I was 30 minutes late they’d charge me $50 or more! Strike 2 on those iPads that one must complete, office has my last name wrong, my street address wrong and my phone numbers wrong so I wanted to correct them on this ... read more

Some of the nicest people I have ever met in the medical field work at your office in barrington lakes. Professional with the best bedside manner you could possibly have. Looking forward to my one year visit to see my friends over there again.

Staff are kind and considerate in treating you and willing to take the time to answer your concerns and don't rush through your visit. They explain the steps necessary to treat you and check with you throughout treatment to insure you are doing well.
