I have been seen here 3 times now, and I don't know why I kept going after my first experience. I felt very rushed each time. I even switched to a different doctor in this office thinking my experience might be different. Each time I was rushed through my appointment. I wanted to speak to the doctor about my aging skin, best way to keep skin healthy, vibrant, etc. and I was unable to do any of that with my rushed appointment. I went for my appointment sometime in 2021 last time and I left with a horrible experience from this place. So, 2 years later, I thought that maybe something must've changed for the better. So I made an appointment November,2023 and it seems that nothing changed. Staff was very rude and short with me. Front-desk was probably the best part because they just check you in. I would never recommend this place. They are not forthcoming about charges, my daughter had two moles shaved off and they told me it would cost $630 because it was considered cosmetic, they sent off to a lab to be tested and sent me another bill for $170 which I was not told about. I called and asked why I wasn’t told when she knew I was hesitant to spend the $630 for two moles they considered cosmetic to remove. Genuinely terrible experience, and I never even saw a provider! I had an appointment scheduled, received a confirmation text that morning, only to arrive at appointment time and be told the provider was not in that day. “You should have gotten a cancellation call”, but I had not. In fact, I even showed the confirmation text to the receptionist only to be met with a shrug. When I attempted to reschedule, they were inflexible.
