I have been going to these folks for several years. I find that it is very difficult to make appointments by phone and even worse if you want to book online. The care is generally good, but not very personal. They have a monopoly on care in the area and make little effort to improve their customer services. I continue to go there for convenience only.
Treatment always has been great and I am not letting one bad apple spoil my opinions about a great medical service provider!

I had questions about a medication prescribed and it's application for some skin cancer, called to talk with my care team. They said someone would call back. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a call.
