I'd give zero stars if that were an option. Having been referred to this clinic l, I attempted to make an appointment only to be told that "we have no availability", "I cannot schedule an appointment for you", and "try calling again next week". The individual in scheduling seems to lack even the most basic of human decency, and they find her inability to assist completely unacceptable.
Horrible experience today, seeing Dr. Walsh. Arrived on time to my appointment. Waited 2-3 min and then they pulled me back stating they couldn’t do a full skin check because they had 15 min. Asked what I wanted checked and recommended I make another appointment to check other concerns. This just screams poor patient care. The system is sooo broken. Walsh even stated the system is broken. I called to find out if Dr Pepper still work there they still show her as being on the payroll and I call him up they have no idea who I'm talking about if she's retired left nothing so my appointment is what this is May 18th and they told me they couldn't get me in until November this rash is eating me up are they insane well he needs to quit quit being cheap skates and higher doctors and at least pay them what they deserve for this area
WARNING about unfair billing at Valley Medical Center Kent Station! My wife went for a simple appointment on August 28th. The doctor was nice but referred her to a specialist. No problem, right? Wrong. We received a bill for a "consultation" that happened on August 29th—a conversation my wife wasn't even aware of! We were already scheduled to see the specialist in person in October, so this surprise bill provided ZERO benefit. And of course, our insurance won't cover it. Unethical and completely unacceptable. First of all, the person who answers the phone sucks. I've got a friend who works at a funeral home who has more life than she does. Second, their next appointment availability is 2027?! What a joke.
