Called for an appointment for my daughter - lady over the phone was rude and only said 1 year waiting lists and really couldn’t help after that ? What’s up guys ! Get it together

They won't even look at the calendar to give you estimated dates of an appointment without taking down all of your information. In the age of data breaches, be very careful and think twice before calling. They will not and have not removed my information. I didn't agree to them storing my information, and they now won't remove my information.

This clinic truly earns its two-star reviews. It's apparent they have little to no regard for their patients' well-being. Nurses are unresponsive to messages, and securing a prescription refill is impossible without a doctor's appointment—even when the next available slot is three months away. Their lack of sympathy is chilling; I was told, with a cold indifference, that 'there's nothing we can do.'

I've been going to Valley for the last 10 years, specifically their Renton locations for the last 5 because I spend most of my time in Renton. However, I tried scheduling an appointment yesterday only to be told they won't schedule me because my address is in Federal Way. After much back and forth I asked the scheduler to "Tell me definitively: can I drive from Federal Way to Renton to see the doctor?" The scheduler said "Yes, we allow that." I’m really upset right now. I called to make an appointment with a dermatologist that takes my insurance, which is an hour away because that’s where my insurance told me to go. I’m breaking out in bad rashes and hives, so I was really hoping they could see me. But when I called, they said I’m too far away and won’t take me. It’s honestly crazy that I can’t get in just because of the distance! Not everyone can pay hundreds at a dermatologist so if you take someone’s insurance y’all should take them
