I would leave a zero if I could! Horrible, horrible business my daughter waited four months for her appointment and then they call a week beforehand and cancel it and when I called to get her rescheduled, they can’t get her in for another three months. Do not book An appointment with this place they are awful. I can totally see why the reviews are bad!
Awful. They boot you from your provider and then schedule you months out with a new one. Then cancel that a week before the appointment on their end and push you out another 2 months. Valley has gone so downhill.
Terrible experience with M. Bremmer. He is not empathetic at all and seems like a doctor who simply doesn’t care about his patients. I came in because of unexplained spots on my body. During both visits he had no idea what they could be and replied to every question with “Good question.” At the second visit, he didn’t even examine my whole body. I was very happy with my appointment, I would recommend this clinic to others. This clinic appears just as booked as most are around the state. Although, they had an opening, where others were not taking in patients at all. I am happy with the answers I received, otherwise I would have no idea otherwise, of what I needed on my own. The whole place from a first time visit was welcoming, friendly, and had an aura of professionalism.
For those of you who don’t have insurance, I suggest not going here. It’s $150 “deposit” just to be seen. The visit will last 5 minutes to give you an idea of how much it’s not worth. Have something that takes 2 minutes to be removed? Add another $200. I called to confirm that I wasn’t double charged as the cost just didn’t make any sense and to my surprise, the total is actually MORE. $560 for a simple removal. It’s absolute ROBBERY.
