I couldn't make my appointment due to my health insurance being taken away. I told the secretary I couldn't make it to the appointment because of this and she gave me attitude, claiming that it says to check my i.d and made me feel uncomfortable, as If I was lying or something. I shouldn't have to explain why I am cancelling an appointment and I shouldn't be made to feel guilty . I am very upset and I have been coming here for a long time now. Rude.
